Kate has worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 16 years.
She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a qualified occupational therapist, and a member of British Association of occupational Therapy (BAOT)/ Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT).
Occupational Therapy is a regulated health profession that supports people to overcome barriers created by illness, disability, or life environment so they can fully participate in meaningful daily life.
Kate’s main areas of clinical interest and expertise has been in Neurological Rehabilitation following traumatic brain injury and trauma.
She also works with adults of all ages to help them overcome difficulties they experience within the activities that are important to them.
This may be due to physical injuries, emotional or cognitive difficulties.
